Please Note: Prior to using this payment system you must obtain a Hotel Tax Number provided by the County Treasurer's Office. If you do not know that number or you have misplaced it you may contact the Office by telephone during normal business hours by calling 830-997-6521.

Using this payment system you will be assessed a transaction fee o f3.39% of the payment transaction with a $1.00 minimum transaction fee.

You must still file your Quarterly Hotel Occupancy Tax Return form with the County Treasurer's Office on or before the reporting due date. You may file the form electronically to countytreasurer@gillespiecounty.org or by standard hard copy.

A notice of receipt of payment by the County Treasurer's Office will be sent to you after confirmation of receipt of funds is received by the Office and required paperwork is filed with the Office.
