2. CLEP is the most widely accepted credit-by-examination program in the United States today, helping students of all ages earn college degrees faster by getting credit for what they already know. By receiving a satisfactory score, you can earn from 3 to 9 college credits toward your college degree for each CLEP you take.

3. A Registration Fee of $25.00 per test is due when registering as an IWU student and a Registration Fee of $75.00 per test is due when registering as a Non IWU student. Before taking the test, you must create an account and register for the appropriate exam through CLEP at https://clepportal.collegeboard.org/MyAccount. This is where you will pay for the $89 exam fee via credit or debit card. You will be given a printable voucher which you must bring with you on test day.
   
   NOTE: Registration VOID if test(s) are not taken within 6 months of registration date. REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
